Entire cottage to yourselves. Light and airy on one ground floor. Cosy and comfy sitting area with Smart TV. WIFI. Fully fitted kitchen, bedroom (Kingsize bed), shower room and dressing room. Direct access via French doors to a pretty garden. Parking on the lane outside. Perfect for a weekend or mid-week getaway. Please note this property is for a maximum of two adults and is not suitable for children or babies of any age. Dogs usually accepted but please check with owner prior to booking. The space Well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave as well as eye level oven, induction hob and a fridge with ice box. Coffee machine with pods including caffeine free and hot chocolate as well as normal coffee. Dorset Tea, peppermint tea and camomile tea as well as sugar, salt, pepper, oil, mustard. Very comfortable kingsize bed with cotton bedlinen, feather pillows and duvet, and lots of fluffy towels and Neals Yard products for your use in the shower. Shower room with heated towel rail and walk in wardrobe adjoining. Cosy sitting room with sofa, small table to eat or work at, Smart TV and electric wood burner. Wi-Fi. Guest access The cottage is up a short path (some is uneven) through our garden off a footpath tucked away in the village. You will have access to the whole cottage and can use the garden which has garden furniture for your use if you wish. The cottage is completely separate to our house and is in our garden with its own private access. You may see us and/or our dogs in the garden from time to time. Please note this is a rural setting with no street lights and it’s important to use the written directions to find the property as it is not visible from the road and satnav will take you to the wrong place. Other things to note We have two dogs of our own who have free range over the entire garden; they should leave you alone but may bark when they first see you. We are very happy to accept dogs, but we would be grateful if you could just confirm the breed/type of dog before booking. There is an extra charge for dogs which is payable at the time of booking. Please note that while the garden that you have access to is enclosed, we can't guarantee that it is dog proof for a determined escapologist. Please note we do not accept children or babies of any age at this property. In the summer months, weather permitting, we dry our bedlinen including towels outside. This means that the towels might be "crispy" in the summer months but this doesn't alter the fact that they are large and plentiful. Please also note, that this is a rural property. Cobwebs are a "thing" and there may sometimes be flying insects about. If you feel you are inundated by anything, please let us know and we will do our best to sort it. This is a rural area and there are no streetlights.
