Due to the COVID 19 sepcification, all the visitors need to cooperate to take body temperature and provide the ID and cellphone number. 3.根據大樓管委會規定房屋不得吸菸、養寵物、供非法（包括行政法規之違法）使用、存放危險物品影響公共安全。大樓每層樓電梯外走廊公共空間、每戶室內兩間衛浴抽風機與冷氣機皆有安裝my Air PM2.5偵測器晶片記錄監控數據，若租賃期間在房內與陽台抽菸，大樓會依據或晶片每日記錄數據報警並依據大樓管委會住戶公約寄出存證信函對居住者罰款台幣五萬元整。若發現私自攜帶寵物、非訂單入住人數私下入住或吸食毒品，您的預定立即中止，租金、押金、清潔費皆不予退還。 Smoking and bringing pets are not allowed in the apartment.
