The space This cozy condo offers breathtaking views of Brian Head Resort and Brian Head Peak through its large windows and glass front door, bringing the outdoors in. It’s perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a well-appointed vacation rental, without the clutter of a personal residence. The bedroom features a romantic queen-size four-poster bed with canopy sheers for an elevated experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator/freezer (no mini-fridges here!), granite countertops, and custom copper sinks—ideal for preparing meals or simply enjoying the two restaurants across the street. The bathroom boasts high-end finishes with slate tile floors and a luxurious shower. Relax by the oversized wood-burning fireplace, built from local stone, or enjoy the convenience of smart home technology with Nest thermostats and Smart TVs. Wi-Fi, wireless speakers, and a variety of games and books are also available to enhance your stay. The heated mattress pad with dual zone controls ensures a cozy night’s sleep, and upgraded linens provide a more comfortable, homey touch than standard rental linens. With digital remote door access via keypad and parking just 20 feet from your door, you’ll avoid navigating steep slopes or stairs. This first-floor unit is perfect for a relaxing, hassle-free stay, offering convenience and comfort from arrival to departure. Designed for a maximum of 2 guests, this condo is ideal for a peaceful retreat and an unforgettable Brian Head experience. Guest access Full size refrigerator, stove and small oven, separate roasting appliance, microwave, pots and pans, cooking utensils, matching dishes and serving sets, cloth napkins with napkin rings, blender, single serve K-cup machine, traditional coffee pot, toaster, crockpot (great for starting a meal before heading out for the day), hand mixer, basic condiments like sugar, coffee, oil, salt/pepper, trash bags, linens, soap, shampoo and body wash provided. A composite log for the fireplace is provided with access to wood available at the general store across the street. TV’s in both the living room and bedroom. Ski and snowboard racks. Onsite (pay) laundry room available if needed. Enjoy the multiple picnic and BBQ areas located just steps from the condo with views of Brian Head peak. Please be sure to clean up if you BBQ before leaving the area. Two additional picnic tables nestled in a wooded area at your disposal within 100 feet of the front door during non-winter months. Additional: Holiday décor available upon request for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentine’s Day, Spring/Easter, 4th of July. Other things to note Located approximately 5 miles from Cedar Breaks National Monument and Overlook. If you don’t ski or snowboard please check out a snowmobile tour with Thunder Mountain Sports. Children as young as 3 years old may be passengers and 16 year olds may ride on their own. No experience required. For beginners we recommend the 1.5 hour tour with guide. Bristlecone Pond is located across the street and allows for seasonal fishing, kayaking, peddle boats, and paddle boarding (rentals available locally). Stay here while visiting Utah's great national parks: Canyonlands, Arches, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon and Zion. Please be advised that during some times of the year the lodge is not operating and some restaurants may take a few days off.
