Its a three bedroom villa with en suite bathroom for each. There are open living room, dining room, kitchen and as well as garden and pool. The villa has minimalist and semi balinese style building. A lot of sunshine and fresh air. Great if you are looking for calm area for calming and relaxing stay. We are located at a nice and quite neighbour, and yet not too far from airport and city centre. The space > The area is yours, including the pool and garden. Located at quite and peaceful area. The villa is about 600 sqm. Very spacious and had a lot of natural light. > All linen is included too. From towels to soaps will be provided. A fresh linen will be given once a week. Let me know if you do not need it so we will removed it (lets considering about our environment and the current social distancing policy). > The swimming pool is about 7 x 4 meter with L shaped. Its perfect if you want to chill without distraction. > There is a kitchen too that equipped with basic cooking tools and utensils and refrigerator. From pans to spoon are on the cupboards. Feel free to find us if you need small amount of sauce kitchen (cooking oil, soy souce, salt, etc). Other things to note If you take monthly, there will be a big discount for you (more than 50%) and the condition will be as below: >> No breakfast is available (let me know if you need it, its only add $200 for 1 pax breakfast for a month). >> Cleaning staff will come once a week >> Fresh linen will be given once a week >> Complimentary bottled water (galloon dispenser at front desk, refill only 25k/gallon, subject to availaibility) >> Other services that add extra charge (airport pick up/return, SPA, meals, laundry, etc)
