"How pleasant it is for me in Gohlis" - with this little quote from Goethe I greet you, dear guest, in our apartment: The listed and lovingly renovated property is located in Gohlis Süd: in the neighborhood of the Gohliser Schlösschen and the Schillerhaus (here Schiller wrote his "Ode to Joy"), 2 minutes from the "Rosenthal" park, 10 minutes by car from Leipzig Zoo and the city center. The location is made for any taste - if you want to jog in the morning, the Rosenthal welcomes you 2 minutes away; if you want to walk, you will find the park within walking distance, giraffes and zebras at the zoo window are included. The city for culture, sightseeing and strolling is about 10 minutes by car. We also recommend using the tram, about 5 minutes from the apartment. This way, you can get to the city center on a relaxed route through the Waldstraßenviertel or explore the other districts. In this selected and quiet location (attention: location is displayed much further north; the apartment is located in Gohlis-Süd!) we warmly welcome you to our Beletage (2nd floor) of a beautiful Art Nouveau building from 1890. It welcomes you to an elegant apartment with stucco, high-quality wallpaper, parquet and wonderfully high ceilings (3.10 m). It is divided into an open kitchen (with a cozy sofa, on which another guest can also sleep), a quiet bedroom facing the green courtyard (bed size 1.80 x 2 meters), a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a cozy balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge + freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and stove with oven, so that - if desired - you can cook extensively in the apartment. The balcony is recommended for a relaxing breakfast as well as for a good glass of wine in the evening. Free parking is available along a public road in front of the house. A private parking space in the courtyard can be booked on request - please contact me if you are interested! The key is handed over by me, unless I am exceptionally prevented by vacation or seminar.
