Refrigerator, Kuerig Coffee maker and Microwave,small table top convection oven in the Living Room space for Guest use. Has Private entrance. NO Traditional Kitchen space. Guest access Finished Basement Space , Living Room , Bedroom with private Bath. Stair case access will be locked for guest to have their privacy. There is a Tv in the living space and also a refrigerator for guest use. Also a coffee maker for guest use. Other things to note Extra Towels , clothes hangers are in the closet located in the Bathroom. Also extra Toiletries are stored in the Bathroom vanity. Would like to mention again , There is not a Kitchen space in this rental space. And this property is pet friendly. So please be aware I do have fur babies. They are not allowed in the space when I have renters but be aware they are here.
