At the rooftop, there is also a great view to Filopapou hill. The apartment has a security door lockable from the inside, that opens with a security code. The building main entrance door has a camera and is security enabled as well. There is no garage for your car, but you can find a free parking place right under the apartment 24/7. Guest access You can access all parts of the apartment, room, living area, bathroom and balcony. Additionally, you can access the rooftop, where you will find the laundry area. Other things to note CLIMATE RESILIENCE FEE As per Greek Law 5162/2024, an additional Climate Resilience Fee will be charged for short-term rentals. The fee is €2.00 per night during the winter season (November to March) and €8.00 per night during the summer season (April to October).
