Spacious basement suite with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sleeps 4 comfortably. In a quiet neighborhood right off of JMU's campus. A half mile walk to downtown Harrisonburg and easy access to I-81. The space Our cozy basement suite offers lots of privacy and space to make you feel right at home. The suite has two large bedrooms that can accommodate up to four guests and a full bathroom. Bedroom #1 has a plush queen bed and features handmade pallet wood furniture. The pallet wood headboard features backlit mood lights to help you unwind as well as secret cubbies to store and charge cell phones (one iPhone charger stays in cubby). Each bedside table also has one open receptacle directly next to it. An electric faux fireplace can be used by guests for additional heat or mood lighting. There is a chest of drawers and a clothes rack for you to unpack your clothes and well as a full length mirror to make sure you look good. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds (74 inches long), a living room area, and a twin size futon (69 inches long). Enjoy watching your favorite Netflix show or a DVD in the living room area. There is a Roku with Netflix, HBO Go, and Amazon Prime Video hooked up to the TV as well as a DVD player. The full bathroom is private and is stocked with extra bathroom supplies in case you forget something. Towels and washcloths are provided. Guests can park on both sides of the street, one side requires guest parking passes which will be provided. The private entrance is on the left side of the house through the garage. Guests will be provided with a unique garage door code to access the basement suite. A key to the suite entrance will also be provided upon check in.
