Please take great care driving down the track off the A27 which leads to the property. Although we regularly fill pot holes the rain just washes away our efforts. Going really slowly helps with dips and bumps. Your parking space is immediately on the right as you enter the gate. Be wary of sat nav. What3Words for the turning off the A27 is Valued.Leathers.Drop. Thank you. Other things to note Not suitable for very young children (hard floors, steep spiral staircase) or pets. Cleaned before your visit; change of bedding and towels available for those staying more than a week. (Extra towels available anyway.) Basic toiletries provided (soap, shampoo and other bits but not toothpaste) Emergency toiletries are in box beside bed. Have stopped providing perishable goods as too much has been thrown away. There will be instant coffee, tea, salt, pepper and oil. Use of washing machine by arrangement. Own area of garden with decking in front of double doors. Outdoor table and chairs kept inside in bay window. Move outside as weather permits. Two bean bags available suitable for outdoors as well as indoors.
