Centrally located in downtown Fall City and within a 10min drive to Snoqualmie Falls and downtown Snoqualmie. This classic 1942 farm style home has been recently completely renovated. **Please no parties** The space Outside: The tranquil backyard sits on a quarter acre and is surrounded by old-growth trees, enjoy the calming sounds of the river and birds as you sit back and relax in a park like setting. Walk to the confluence of the Raging and Snoqualmie River from the private backyard trail, which offers lot's of options for private swimming and hangout spots. Also in the backyard, is an outdoor cooking area and a private sauna. The house sits at the end of a quiet dead end street, there are neighbors on one side of the lot. Inside: The house is about 1,100 sq ft. There is one bedroom with a queen bed + walk in closet and another smaller room with a twin bed. The third bedroom was converted to a dedicated private office with a desk that looks into the tranquil backyard, for the remote worker. The kitchen should have everything you need and is well situated for entertaining. Please note, there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal.
