Apartment on the beach, 20 meters from the sea

Two bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a pull out sofa), living room, kitchen and bathroom with two terraces, one overlooking the sea. 20m from the beach. A cozy place to stay and chill in a private shade, while you need only a few steps to put your foot into the Adriatic. Guest access The listed apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment's main entrance and the terrace/patio with the additional outside dining area is on the north side of the house. There is another terrace and a small garden on the south side overlooking the sea with an access door from this garden to the beach. The first floor of the house has an another apartment that my family or I might be using during the summer. To get to the first floor we use the south entrance/exit from the garden, so we may occasionally walk over the side of the south terrace to get to the first floor.
