There is also a terrace, a kitchen, a dining room, a comfortable lounge and a smaller one in mezzanine where up to 2 additional beds can be prepared. San Frediano (Oltrarno) area, is in the historic center where you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, and even markets and supermarkets. Ten minute walk from Piazza della Repubblica, the Duomo, the SMN station, Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi. The space The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, one big living room with a Tv and a DVD player, two bathrooms with shower and a nice little terrace very comfortable. There is also another small living room in a mezzanine where one extra bed is prepared for reservations of 9 guests otherwise two additional beds for reservations of 10 people. Guest access The apartment is in the historic center of the town and close to all the main Florence tourist attractions. San Frediano area is one of the last remaining "Florentine", full of local restaurants and shops, but you can also find foreign cuisines and curiosities nearby. The apartment is easily accessible: the train station is a stone's throw away (5/10 minutes on foot) and the area has both free and paid parking areas but also an indoor garage which is always subject to payment. The airport has a tram service that arrives at the nearby train station. Other things to note Our air conditioning units operate on a 2-hour timer and are available 24/7. Each room has its own unit, activated by pressing its own button. There is also a fan in each room. By municipal regulations in Florence, the units are set in cooling mode (25° C) from April 15th to November 1st and in heating mode (20° C) for the rest of the year.
