The space Derived from the Portuguese word sossegado (adj : peaceful, calm), Susegad is a concept held close to the heart in the way of living in the beloved state of Goa. A7 apartment is a quiet and safe space that is perfect for a weekend getaway as well as a leisurely long stay. The well designed 1072 sq ft apartment comes with 2 spacious bedrooms with attached baths, a living room, a dining cum fully functional open kitchen area and 2 large balconies with sit-outs. It also has a private dedicated parking space for one car and a bike. The apartment is well equipped with all the modern amenities like 3 AC’s, 3 TV’s, Tata Sky and hi-speed internet. Needless to say, the fully functional kitchen too comes equipped with an electric stove and chimney, big fridge , washing machine ,microwave, water purifier, toaster, kettle and the basic cooking and dinning utensils for a comfortable stay . Being our guest Apart from the amenities above you will get an access to use the society pool and gym . The apartment is barely a 10 minute walk away from the Candolim Road, made famous by its numerous restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and just 15-20 minutes away from the beautiful beaches for those breathtaking sunset views. Guest access Guests are given their own keys and will have access to the entire apartment. However , Guests are to take care of their cash and other valuables during their stay. The host or the management shall not be liable for theft, loss or damage to personal property or vehicle of the guests or any kind of personal injury to the guests. No stag bookings allowed (we do not host all boys group ) Health and Safety Considerations : To ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all our guests, we have established the following house rule: *No Guests with Blood-Stained Bandages* We cannot accommodate any guests with blood-stained bandages or open wounds that pose a risk of infection or contamination to other guests in future . This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of our guests and to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our property. *Alternative Arrangements* If you have a medical condition that requires bandages or wound care, we recommend exploring alternative accommodations that are better equipped to meet your needs. *Our Commitment to Cleanliness and Hygiene* We take the cleanliness and hygiene of our property seriously and have implemented rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests. *Your Understanding and Cooperation* We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this house rule. Any guest not adhering to the same will be refused check in at arrival and booking amount will be forfeited COVID RELATED NOTE: * Deep sanitization and cleaning as per protocol after each checkout and before each check in. * Towels, Bed-sheets are professionally dry-cleaned after every checkout. Please Note : As circumstances demand, we will insist that you abide by all the rules and protocol that the current pandemic crisis calls for - your safety and good health are of utmost importance to us. In the event, that you need to go through the mandatory 14 day home quarantine, you will be helped with the necessary arrangements. Regular tariff will apply in case of an extension to your stay. Other Important details to note : No guest booking will be entertained if any guest is found disguising their (staff) or ( house help) as a guest or family member into the accommodation . ( we take ID 🪪 cards of all guests residing into our accommodation ) . Failure to do so may result in forfeit of booking amount and no entry in to the accommodation . There are staff quarters nearby the accommodation at a separate charge and request every guest to adhere to the same. * We are unable to accept bookings on behalf of a third party. *No smoking zone inside the apartment ( smoking allowed only in balconies) * Check in timing : 1300 Hrs - 1700 Hrs * Check out timing: 10:00 Hrs LATE CHECK OUT DISCLAIMER: Any late check out requests should be pre-approved by the Host well in advance. Not conforming to this rule will attract a penalty of half of that day's booking rate. * We accept long stays, however please note that the Electricity + WiFi for the duration of the long stay will be charged at actuals. Please read the listing information carefully before booking. Due to COVID 19 common areas such as pool or gym may be inaccessible for your own safety . ONCE WE HAND OVER THE APARTMENT KEYS TO THE GUEST WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY LOSS OR THEFT OF GUEST BELONGINGS . NO CLAIM OR REIMBURSEMENT CAN BE MADE AT ANY COST .
