Whether you are in Davao for adventure, biz trip, or short get away, this place is perfect for you :)👍 Our cozy studio unit comes fully furnished and we provide just almost everything you need with all the comforts of home at a very affordable price...in fact, nothing beats staying at a place of comfort with style and where the safety is our priority. * Laundry is accessible to the long term guests only (at least 1 wk of stay) Pool access is free for the first 4 guests, fee payable at the reception for extra guest/s. * Free Wifi - enjoy surfing at optimal speed but connection quality may vary on the users. The more users/guests the lesser the speed. As I am currently reside overseas, my best friend Mary who lives in Davao will assist the guest/s in making easy check-in. She will be happy to meet & greet the guests to hand over personally the key and most of all to verify your status. * Guests are strictly required to present: 2 valid photo IDs (eg. passport & driver's license) The SG or Mary will collect them prior check in for verification purposes. Accessible to all ammenities, close to shops & transports stop/terminal. Wheelchairs are also easy to maneuver through accessing the lift/elevator. The easy way to get into the place is via taxi or by your own transport. Easy to locate the place using GPS or by googling Matina Enclaves Residences. * Guests need to confirm ahead of time re their time of arrival so the host can meet them at the unit prior to their convenient check in. * Early check in & late check out are subject to availability. If there are no guests before or after your arrival, we will allow early check in or late check out. * Cleaning fee covers basic cleaning services only. Extra fees may apply if eg. stains found on linens which require deep washing, it will chargeable to guests.
