The home is also hypoallergenic with limited carpeting in the home and a ceiling fan in each bedroom to aide fresh airflow throughout the home. The home is a short walk from the state-of the art clubhouse at Windsor at Westside. What a great place for families to share! The game room is air-conditioned and fully stocked with action! Feeling competitive? Up for some games? Here you can find arcade games, foosball, Marvel Air Hockey, Ping-pong, an XBOX station with a large screen TV, and an additional large flat screen TV for watching your favorite movies or sports. The pool area is where you can enjoy the sun, the fresh air, and the refreshing pool water. There are sun loungers and a spillover spa for complete relaxation, sun loungers to top off your complete relaxation and a table where you can enjoy meals al fresco. For added safety, the pool deck comes equipped with a safety fence. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your needs from stainless steel appliances, to a toaster and coffee maker. The home has a spacious open floor plan and sits on one of the best lots in Windsor at Westside. The dining area has seating for 16 where bellies are made full and memories are sure to be created. The breakfast bar also has 4 amazing bar stools to accommodate more family time together. By day watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted 75" LED TV, then in the evenings enjoy movies and sports on the 120" projector screen complete with theater-like seating, complete state of the art surround sound system, and subwoofer. Upstairs there is a huge underwater immersive experience themed kids bedroom complete with hand-painted orcas, lifelike water effects, LED lighting, and other underwater amazement. There is also an amazing custom-built Minions themed bedroom complete with custom LED lighting. Guest access Entire home plus resort amenities including gym, games room, resort pool, lazy river and bar/restaurant included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. IMPORTANT: You will need to provide me with the driver information for each car that will be in your party and the number of guests per car. This must agree with the information put into your reservation information. This information will be checked at the security gate and excess drivers, cars, and guests will not be allowed into the community by security so it is important that this information is accurate. IMPORTANT: We have security cameras at the front entry, garage, and sides of the home.  They will be on during your stay. Gated Resort for added security- please provide confirmation of the reservation to the guard. Home has a keypad for easy entry. Pool heat is optional and costs an extra $45 per day+tax (you will receive an invoice after booking should you wish to heat the pool to standard pool temperatures only during daytime hours (not usually necessary May-Sep). We would recommend adding pool and spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. ORDERING POOL HEAT: Pool heat available for $45 a day + tax. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add the pool heat to your reservation. The pool heater operates on a timer and is set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. (9am-9pm). The spillover spa cannot be heated on its own. The spillover spa is attached to the pool, using the same water. There is no option to only heat the spa since it is the same water as the pool. When pool heating is chosen, the pool will be heated to a temperature around 80-84 degrees Fahrenheit. When in the spa mode, it will be heated up to between 94 - 102 degrees Fahrenheit. If left in spa mode the pool will not be getting any heated water and so the pool will cool down. Pool heat must be purchased before your stay for the entire duration of your stay. In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30`s and 40`s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature in the mid to high 80`s, especially where pool heat is provided via an electric heat pump if the outside air temperature drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Electric heating pumps do not operate effectively below this temperature, and failure of such devices to heat the pool to the desired temperature is outside of our control and is regarded as an act of nature. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather. ORDERING A BBQ GRILL: The house does not have a grill, but we do have a grill available for rent. Price for the first week: $150 USD and after the first week you can get get another week for $150 or pay each extra day for $30. It is a 4 burner grill (Gas). If interested, you need to notify the host prior to arrival. It is not possible to order a grill once your reservation has started. This is a garden style property. Meaning that there the front and rear have exit points to the outside. Please do not leave any of the doors open as Florida has a climate that has insects all year round and this will allow unwanted entry. STARTER SUPPLIES provided with the home include: 1 Kitchen Paper Towel; 1 Small Bar Soap Per Bath; 1 Toilet Paper Roll Per Bath; 2 Dish Washing Capsules in The Kitchen; Extra Trash Bags; - Please, stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (Target – 5.3 Miles), (Publix – 5.3 Miles).
