A unique cottage located on the St. Lawrence River's amazing seaway, with a front row view of passing ships, sail boats, & pleasure boats. You have an outdoor kitchen /bar, floating swim platform, small sandy beach and boat dock. Day Bay is centrally located. Explore the 1000 Islands by boat, jet ski or kayak. Don’t forget your fishing pole. Bolt Castle & Singer Castle are 5 miles by boat. Bird watchers paradise. Hiking Trail The space Our unique cottage features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath. The Tower has three single bunk beds and a private entrance. Our newly remodeled loft has four twin beds and is open to the night air and the sound of the waves. The main living area features a second full bath and small sized kitchenette, a queen Futon, a flat screen TV and a great view of the river. There is a screen porch with a table and rocking chairs. The deck features a large round picnic table under a shade pavilion. The outdoor kitchen has lots of prep space and includes a bar, grill, Fridge, sink and great views. Guest access You will have the cottage to your self. The dock is shared with the owners. We have a yard with a play fort and swing. On the bank of the river we have a small beach with a slide and a shallow wadding spot that is a favorite for many of our small guests. There is a fire pit with a grate if you wish to wood fire grill, your hot dogs and steaks. At the river’s edge we have more deck with seating. Other things to note You must not leave food out in the outdoor kitchen or in the screened in porch. We have an abundance of curious squirrels, chipmunks and racoons that live to raid your food and trash. They can make a mess and damage the screen porch if they smell or see food. Make sure you close up your car. Again, those curious critters like to check out your ride and when caught inside will attempt to chew their way out. Yes, this happened to me. Lesson learned.
