Countryside Retreat near Daylesford & Hepburn

This countryside property is set on 18 acres of mainly bushland and is a retreat from a busy life. Although secluded, the property is very close to popular Lavandula gardens, under 5 minutes to Hepburn & 10 minutes to Daylesford. Simply take in the calm and peace of the Australian bush with our resident kangaroos and kookaburras, as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the deck. With expansive valley and bush views across the dam to Mt Franklin, you won’t want to leave. The space Immerse yourself in everything the city does not offer. Guests can expect to encounter a wide variety of native wildlife including kangaroos, kookaburras, crimson rosellas, cockatoos, fairy wrens & the occasional echidna during summer. The property backs on to Hepburn Regional Park so bring your mountain bike or walking shoes! Guest access Guest have sole access to the property and 18 acres of Australian countryside and eucalyptus bush. There is a small locked room, a large shed and bungalow on the property which are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Your booking includes linen (sheets and towels). Where 2 guests are booked, we will assume it's a couple and only the master bedroom will be made up. If you are booking for 2 guests and you require the second bedroom to be made up, please contact us at the time your booking is confirmed to let us know. The second bedroom will automatically be made up for bookings of 3-4 people. We provide Boo and Woo hand-made bath soaps for your stay, however we don’t supply shampoo, conditioner or other toiletries. Please note there are 3 dams on the property with a 28ft deep one directly in front of the house. None of the dams are fenced and as a consequence we do not accept bookings with young children.
