Welcome I rent out a cozy bright room - Only for single women or couples. You have access to the beautiful bright bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is located on the bike path with bike rental The university/town hall and city center are not too far away The Elberfeld A46 exit is not too far away The space Welcome! I offer a really nice, lovingly furnished room in the middle of the popular Mirker scene district. A comfortable bed, bed linen, towels, a way to hang or sort your clothes, a desk and for all music fans a Bluetooth sound system and a TV are included in the amenities. Since the use of the kitchen is not included, there is a kettle, glasses and cups in the room. On request, I am also happy to provide additional dishes. A spacious bathroom and a separate toilet are available for shared use. Guest access My old building apartment is 3 minutes from the Elberfeld exit (A46) In 2 minutes' walk you can reach Utopiastadt with the beautiful beer garden, right on the popular bike path. You can also rent bicycles here. Also a 2-minute walk away is the Tango/Salsa event location ADA, and the island... There is a bakery right around the corner. The center and also the von der Heydt Museum can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Along the way you will find lots of shopping, snack bars and other pubs and clubs. Our beautiful hardtack is a 10-minute drive away and you can also reach Tony Cragg's sculpture park in 10 minutes by car.
