The Lakehouse, Cotswold Water Park

The Lakehouse is a luxurious New England style property overlooking Isis lake. Outside there is an enclosed decking area with a BBQ, overlooking the lake. Our holiday home offers a fantastic, safe environment with access to a children's play area, outdoor floodlit tennis courts, football, basketball and badminton nets, boules and croquet, plus indoor games room. Fishing is also permitted on the lakes and non-motorised water sports is allowed on nearby Windrush Lake. The space The Lakehouse is furnished to an exceptional standard. From the entrance hall take in the contemporary open-plan living space, the cosy lounge area has a large TV with DVD and overlooks the lake, with ample family friendly DVDs and board games available. Free wi-fi is also provided. The large dining area is perfect for families to come together at meal time after a day’s exploring. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The utility room offers washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional fridge along with a separate WC. Heading up the stairs you will find three bedrooms: the Master bedroom overlooking the lake, is a king-size with smart TV/DVD, en-suite shower and WC; bedroom 2 has a king size bed plus a single bed (this can be made up to 3 single beds on request) with a TV/DVD included; bedroom 3 has twin beds (which are zip-and-link so can be made into a king-size on request) with a TV/DVD included. All the bedrooms include a hairdryer. The family bathroom features a shower over the bath as well as a toilet. A travel cot is available for infants, but we ask that guests provide their own cot linen please. Other things to note Please note our preferred arrival days are Monday and Friday.
