The space The living and kitchen area with breakfast-bar is bright, spacious, modern and welcoming. Patio doors open onto a good sized terrace, with beautiful views of the village, and down to the sea. The main bedroom is equipped with a quiet air-conditioner. A sofa-bed can be used in the spare room if needed (no aircon). Two adults and a child is the maximum occupancy. There is a modern, second toilet/washroom. Guests must be willing and able to climb stairs, since the apartment is on the 3rd upper floor & the elevator is not in use. The lounge area is equipped with a smart TV including netflix and Amazon Prime video & tower ventilator. In the kitchen you will find a microwave, dishwasher, dolce gusto coffee maker, oven/hotplates and all kitchen essentials. In the bathroom you will also find a small washing machine. Guest access The whole apartment is available for guest use. Only the storage room is not accessible. Other things to note The storage room is not accessible to guests. The spare room has no aircon and only suitable for a child to sleep (not in the summer).
