We are located in Pitstone, just 3 miles from Tring station (c40 mins to London). Close to start of The Ridgeway and the Grand Union Canal, and walking distance to Pitstone Windmill. Perfect for business and leisure stays. The space Your luxury, light and airy guest room is within our annex building, across the gravel driveway. This is separate to our family home. Views of our large garden with voiles at the full length windows for complete privacy. The ensuite contains a bath, digitally controlled pressurised shower, heated towel rail, complimentary toiletries, full-length mirror. Your suite is spacious with king-size bed, desk/dressing table, wardrobe, TV with Freeview, small silent fridge, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, clock radio (DAB), table and chairs. The bedroom and ensuite are heated via underfloor heating. We also offer free WIFI and free, off-street gated parking for one car. With a pizzeria, tearoom, a cosy pub and convenience store all within walking distance, and just a drive away from other recommended eateries, there is lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can come and go as you please once you have checked in and received the key. We offer free, gated off-street parking for one car. There is CCTV in operation at the property - on the outside of the main house facing the driveway/gate - for everyone's safety and security. Other things to note Additional cleaning is being done in accordance with Government guidelines and AirBnB protocols. All through the week we provide a complimentary beverage tray with a selection of teas, coffee and biscuits. You’ll be provided with enough beverage items for your stay but if you run out you are very welcome to request extras. Your room has a small, silent fridge which you can use to chill any drinks and snacks you may wish to bring with you. This should only be used to chill non-perishable items and is used at your own risk. Please note there are no additional kitchen facilities. Please note: breakfast is not provided and to ensure we maintain our high standards of cleanliness throughout the accommodation, we do not permit takeaway food to be eaten in the room. The accommodation is not serviced during short stays. If you stay for longer than a week, we change your bedding and towels.
