The space The apartment comprises of 1 bedroom with a double bed, separate toilet, bathroom, kitchen & lounge / dining area. The 5 rooms are connected by a common hallway to the private entrance of the apartment. There is a floor plan in the photo section showing the layout of the flat The apartment has easterly views of the quiet gardens of Cham-Sud and the Mountains. Guest access The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator access for ease of access. You will have access to the entire apartment. There is a private entrance to the apartment. There is a secure bike store and ski locker as well as secure underground car parking via key fob Other things to note No Third Party Bookings. Host reserves the right to see ID if requested The car parking is a shared car park with all the other apartment buildings in chamonix-sud, this gets very busy during the holidays (Easter, Summer and New Year) and it can take some time to find an available space The basement car park has a height restriction of 1.85m. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is a launderette nearby next to the car parking entrance. I can provide more details if needed.
