Vanguard Studio

Cosy studio nestled snuggly behind our 1900s villa home. A 20 minute walk to the city centre. There is a park directly across the road. The studio contains a comfy queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Essentials are provided. Our studio offers a comfortable base from where you can explore all Nelson Tasman has to offer. A 10 minute drive to the airport and beach and 5 minute walk to Nelson Hospital. We are in a suburban area. The space The studio is tucked closely behind our home but is still private and has double glazing. Access to the stand alone unit is reached by walking down our driveway and past the back of our home. Comfortable sized studio with ensuite. There is a queen size bed and space for using as a workstation. Unlimited Wifi. Parking is on street only. We do not offer off street parking. Guest access Guests can make themselves at home in a studio unit located snugly behind our house. Access via our driveway through the black gates and walk down to the back section. Please ask if you require an earlier check in or bag drop off, we will try our best to accommodate your request. We will leave the key inside for your arrival. Other things to note Dogs are more than welcome to stay for no additional cost, however, we ask that you please let us know in advance. We also ask that you please provide their own bedding and food/water bowls etc.
