Lochwood Cottage is a comfortable 3 bedroom vintage cottage with all the essential, basic amenities you will need. It is a basic, older vintage house with a fabulous location in the centre of town, opposite the Burke Museum and the Town Hall Gardens. It is a family and pet friendly cottage with a large secure back yard. Please check photos to ensure it meets your expectations. The space The new sunroom extension has been completed. The house has a lovely back yard and plenty of space which is accessible down the side driveway. There is under-cover off-street parking space to park your car, and the street parking outside our cottage is shady, plentiful and free. Guest access Registered Guests have exclusive access to the entire house. You need to add how many guests are staying when booking. Extra people who stay pay 60.00 extra per night. The front access has two steps to the verandah with a side rail and one small step into the house. The internal space has no steps with a rail to the shower. The back exit has 3 steps. Other things to note We have 1 toilet and one shower available for guests. All linen and towels are supplied. Basics in the kitchen such as milk tea, coffee, sugar condiments and a nespresso coffee maker are provided. Soap, shampoo and conditioner also provided.
