Cozy room close to parc güell

Welcome to my place! I’m offering a room for you to have a nice stay in Barcelona. The flat is close to parc Güell and to gracia neighbourhood! Is well communicated with the center, and around the house there are some hills to keep you fit. As important info, I’d like to remind: i HAVE TWO CATS in the apartment. They are super friendly with everyone. Please contact for any doubts! The space While your stay, the room will be private for you. It is a space around 10m2 with a window which goes to the stairs of the building. In the room you’ll find a nest-bed, which we can prepare as two single beds or one double bed. There’s also a lamp, a table and a chair to work in. In case you would need something special, just ask for it, i’ll try to make my best for your accomodotion to be as compfortable and easy as I can. Guest access I am usually living in the flat, so we would share the toilet and the kitchen. You would have acces to things to prepare your breakfast like coffee maker, toaster, water-boiler, juice-maker,... also you woulf find fridge, oven, microsave... You would also have acces to glasses, dishes, and the basics of the kitchen as sugar, salt, coffee,... would be available for you. Just trate everything as if it would be yours! During your stay I try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times. If you have any speciall request about it, i’ll try to manage it! I will be available to answer any doubt you have, try to help with anything you need, and making my best for you to have a pleasant stay. Other things to note I would like to make clear that we have to cats. They are so sweet and human friendly but sometime as they are animals is hard to control what they do, where they go, or the noise they make. They will come inside your room unless you close the door. And as you can imagine, they are around the house, loosing some hair, so hopefully you’re not allergic!
