'A Room with a View', The Old Beach House, Hayle

Lovely unique, stylish and comfy private guest suite, with amazing panoramic sea views from the bedroom and direct access to the South West Coast Path, beach and three miles of golden sand just a two minute walk from the garden gate; own private entrance, bathroom with full-size bath and shower over, and living room with some self-catering facilities. The space This well-appointed guest suite, which has its own private entrance, comprises a cosy living room, equipped with comfortable sofa, flat screen tv, dining table and chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, and tea and coffee-making facilities (please note there is no cooker). There will be a bottle of semi-skimmed milk in the fridge on your arrival (please let us know in advance if you prefer skimmed, whole, soya or other non-dairy milk), and a selection of breakfast cereals to get you started, whether you're staying for three nights, a week, or longer, as well as some welcome treats (please let us know if you're vegan)! Washing-up facilities are provided via a vanity sink unit. The bathroom has a full-size bath, with mains-pressure shower over, wash-hand basin and wc, and the bedroom is a good size, with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, but you'll probably spend most of the time looking out of the window at the fabulous view while you're trying to unpack - just like we did when we moved here (the cover photo shows the actual view, not a stock photo of the beach)! Guest access Guests are able to use the area of decking in front of the bedroom window and have access to the garden, with its raised wooden bench for watching the amazing sunsets over St Ives, and a gate to the private path leading to the South West Coast Path and beach.
