Cawsand is a very picturesque old fishing village in the Edgcombe National Trust Estate in Cornwall. Surrounded by forest and wild life our back door opens onto the beach and front door opens onto the coastal pathway. There are great views over the bay from our balcony. Sleeps 8 persons and the house is rented as full occupancy. Change over is on Fridays arriving by 2pm and leaving by 10 am. The ground floor has large double lounge area, patio overlooking beach, kitchen, dining room, shower room and double bedroom. The first floor houses three bedrooms (two 2 x single bedrooms and one double bedroom), a shower room and a study. The basement level houses teh back yard accessing the beach directly, a laundry room, table tennis playing room and shower toilet room Lets are for minimum and maximum occupancy of 8 people Seven to fourteen days let accepted Friday changeovers 10 am departure and after 2pm arrival.
