SLIDE BROOK LODGE - Suite 3

Slide Brook Lodge at Sugarbush Resort provides a classic, Vermont ski lodge experience. Located between Lincoln Peak and Mt. Ellen, it is 1 mile or 5 minutes from Sugarbush Resort. The three unique suites on site are rented separately via Airbnb. Wireless internet is included. Suite 3 sleeps 5 to 6 with 1 full private bathroom, a small kitchen, and a lounge with T.V. The space There are 3 rooms in Suite 3 (not including the bathroom). The middle one has a double bed and connects directly to the full private bathroom and has an exit stairway that goes to the second level. A washer and dryer are located in the room as well. The other is a larger room that has two twin beds and a set of bunk beds. The room with the bunkbeds is connected to the middle room with the double bed. There is a small kitchen that connects from the middle room to the Suite 3 lounge area. Note: Guests have been setting the Fire Alarm off from smoky cooking. The alarm is very sensitive so any cooking must be done without causing smoke. Minimal cooking would be ideal. There is a fan and the window should be opened if cooking. We will hopefully be having a new hood vent installed soon to alleviate the issue. The Suite 3 lounge area has a TV and couches. Suite 3 sleeps 6 people comfortably. Suite 3 can be accessed through both the front spiral staircase and through the rear staircase. There is a door that opens to a stairway to the left when entering from the rear of the building. All suites can be accessed from the front and rear of the building. The front entrance opens up to a shared lounge space for the other suites. Guest access Guests will have access to Suite 3 which is the top floor of the building. There are also decks, a firepit, and a hot tub on the back deck! During your stay There is an apartment in a separate building located to the back of the property. The office for the lodge is also on the back side of the building. These areas are considered off limits to guests. Prior to arrival you will be given the contact info of the host that will be available during your stay. There are two dogs and a cat that may be on the property. They are not allowed in the suites where guests are staying. Other things to note While the suites are separated, keep in mind that sound does travel and we ask that quiet hours be respected. It is not ideal for small children or very light sleepers.
