Bay View is a walking community. Our place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, & the airport. You’ll love our place. It's a short walk to express bus from airport, past downtown, UW-M and to Bayside. Located across the street from Humboldt Park. We are about a 20 minute walk from Lake Michigan. Summerfest grounds a short bus ride away. Winter is fun in the park. Tobogganing (2), skates and cross country skis to use. Hope the sizes fit you. I find if one plays in snow ⛄️ 😌 The space Kitchen sink, cabinets and appliances added 2020. There is a coffee maker, convection oven, hot plate with two burners and mini fridge and microwave which you can heat up any left overs from visits to our local excellent restaurants, many walking distance. Also coffee, tea, oatmeal, snacks and some beverages to welcome you. There’s a window air conditioner added Summer 2018. Added a twin sleeper sofa in 2018. Winter the a/c is removed. Guest access Access to the unit is through a private entrance at the South East corner in back of house. Other things to note There may be a parking space off street for one vehicle.
