The main lodge "Saloon" has 2bdrms, 3baths, bunk room & private adjacent en-suite bed w/bath for 16 ppl. ADDITIONAL COST(3)CABINS w/ Kitchenette & living area available to accommodate larger groups (16+). Spend your days on the water slide, fishing, relaxing or visit Kerrville, Fredericksburg or Concan. The space Wake up to enjoy your coffee while watching the wildlife graze. Early mornings are made for fishing. Throw a line in the pond to try your luck at catching a Bass. Spend your days riding the water slide, playing washers, relaxing in the sauna and hot tub, and making memories. As the sun sets, take a look out the window or pull up a chair on the deck to watch wildlife come to water. You are likely to see Wildebeests, Black Buck, Scimitar, Axis, Fallow, White Tail, and if you are lucky a ringtail cat (Just to name a few). Settle in for the night roasting marshmallows and listening to music on the outdoor speakers around the campfire. Amazing views can be taken in from the water slide tower, including inspiring sunsets. Three Luxury cabins can be added to accommodate larger groups (16+ppl) or for those wanting extra privacy. Our Ranch Foreman will be on property a short distance away for any needs that may arise. Also, if you have found yourself sick of cooking and planning inquire about a personal chef upgrade. Our staff can make this trip an all inclusive GOURMET experience. The "SALOON" accommodates 16 people: • Executive Suite(4ppl) - still in the middle of the action but provides privacy. Located at the end of the "Saloon" building with a private entrance. It includes a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, microwave, mini fridge, en-suite bath. •1 Private King bedroom (2ppl) -with direct access to shared hall bath. •1 Private King bedroom (2ppl) - with across hall access to shared hall bath. • Bunk Room (8ppl) - 4 twin over twin bunk-beds. Direct access to two baths. One private en-suite and one shared with living room space. • Tree house(2ppl) - Air conditioned, Full futon, twin loft. Sink, mini fridge, no bathroom. The CABINS x3 accommodates 12 people: •These cabins are available for larger parties (16+) or for those who want to add luxury accommodation. • Each of the three cabins are identical providing complete privacy and accommodation up to 4 people each. they include a king bed in a private bedroom, Full sleeper sofa in living room, kitchenette, breakfast bar, microwave, mini fridge, along with an en-suite bath.
