Hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, small families and pets. NOTE: WE DO CHARGE $40 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE PER PET DURING YOUR STAY. The space Built in 1700 as the rectory house for the Spruce Point Chapel that was once across the street. The Chapel was moved in 1995 to the Boothbay Railway Village. Cindy's family has owned the house for 50+ years and an interior renovation was done in 2008. The Rowe House has two upstairs bedrooms, both with Queen beds and there is also a futon in an upstairs sitting room. The bathroom is on the first floor which has a shower with a tub. Kitchen, Dining Room and Living room are all on the first floor along with a separate Laundry Room. Our place has ample parking for two vehicles.
