Private Beach Studio steps to the Ocean!

Location, Location Location! You will be walking distance to over 50 places to eat, drink, and shop. This private studio has everything you need to enjoy California's finest beaches and Mission Bay. Enjoy your exclusive use patio with fire pit and furniture. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishware and utensils. Private attached bathroom. TV with cable service, HBO, and Showtime. All the beach essentials you will need are provided. The space Your first floor private studio suite is equipped with everything you will need during your stay, think of it as your private hotel room with many extras included. The room and bathroom are 200 sq ft. Sleep on a very comfortable (firm) queen bed. The room has a second sink, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker (drip and french press) coffee grinder, dishware, cups, silverware, smart TV with cable service including HBO, Showtime and Cable. Table and chairs for two. 150 sq foot patio is for the exclusive use of guests. And of course you are just steps to the beach or Mission Bay! Guest access You will have a 200sq ft bedroom with attached private bathroom. Your own private entrance with unique smartlock code for you during your stay. You will have exclusive use of a 150sq ft patio with firepit, table, chairs, and market lights overhead. You will have use of an outdoor cabinet with access complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cruisers, beach towels and more. Other things to note This room is pet friendly, however there is a $50 per day fee to bring your pets. Please pick up after them. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9am or after 6pm in the spring and summer (after 4pm in the fall and winter). Brian and Carla live in the attached home on the 2nd and 3rd floors. You may hear noise of footsteps or voices, or us going up and down the stairs. There are no shared spaces and our goal is to provide guests with maximum privacy. The studio does not come with dedicated parking, but free parking is available in the surrounding neighborhoods. (Look off of Pacific Beach Drive and the Cross Streets of Bayard or Cass, it is a short walk away, you may even find parking on Mission Blvd steps from the studio, but please pay attention to street sweeping no parking signs). You are welcome to pull your vehicle into the alley behind the studio for quick loading and unloading of luggage and supplies, but be prepared to move your vehicle if needed to allow people to pass by. Please contact us anytime to turn on the central air conditioning or heating. There is no thermostat in the studio. We are happy to keep the studio at whatever temperature you find most comfortable. Do not hesitate to reach out, it is not a bother at all. We also have a ceiling fan and extra fans to help keep cool in the summer. We provide a Dyson fan with a heater to keep warm in the winter months but are also happy to turn on the central air conditioning or heating whenever you wish. If you need to store your bags before your check in time or after you check out, we have a local surf shop that provides a bag check service for our guests.
