Unique tree house with view

Our place is located on a hill close to the University, Hayward Field and the Golf course. We provide a hot tub with a beautiful view that fits 3 people comfortably. You’ll love the park-like setting and the view of the sunset from the large deck. It feels like living in a large tree house. Most walls are full window fronts. In addition, the house has an open floor plan and creates an open and inviting space. We have a carport. You must be able to walk stairs. No cats please. The space Our house is built on stilts and the view is amazing! We have a fenced in garden and a tree-house. The house was designed by a local university professor of architecture, Otto Poticha. Guest access Easy 24 hour access with a smart lock. Other things to note You can park your car in the carport. We do not have cableTV but two SmartTVs with internet connection and access to Netflix. A/C in the bedrooms but not throughout the house. Ceiling fan and other fans are available. We have a hot tub set up on the large deck, covered by a pavilion.
