Just 4 km from Cologne city center, the apartment is perfect for both couples and business travelers. The space The price you see is for up to 2 people. For a 3rd or 4th person, a pull-out couch is available. The price for the third and fourth person is 39 euros per night. Guest access Independent, separate apartment (no sharing) The old building villa is in the backyard, so it is very quiet and away from the street noise. The apartment is on the ground floor. Furthermore, there is the first floor (tenant) and the second floor (my apartment). Please note: The apartment is located in the backyard and is easy to find based on the photos in the listing and the instructions here. House number 65 is there twice. My house, a red brick house, is behind the front building with the house number 65. When you are in front of the front building, take the entrance on the left and go up about five to six steps. You will quickly recognize the entrance to my house. A small note: Right at the beginning of the driveway, next to the sidewalk, are the garbage cans. Other things to note From 9:00 pm check-in is only possible through the key box. After 10 pm, I am difficult to reach by phone. In case of emergency, you can of course wake me up, but I ask that you clarify all check-in questions in advance.
