The space Delightful apartment in the historic center of Ancona on top of a hill, with romantic views of the city's rooftops, in a neighborhood and in a condominium of extreme tranquility. 300 meters from the apartment there is the Port of Ancona and the Teatro delle Muse, the central station is about 2 km, is 18 km from the airport, 8 km from the Regional Hospital of Torrette and 3 minutes by bus from the Hospital Salesi, 5 minutes by car from the Navy Selection Center. Great for business travelers as they are in the heart of Ancona, with offices, banks, studios within walking distance in a few minutes. Great for those who want to visit in peace the beautiful beaches of Conero and as a base to visit the Marche. 2 large parking lots under the house, one free 24 hours and one paid during the day (8-20)and free at night (20-8) and on holidays. The apartment consists of entrance, bathroom with bathtub/shower, double bedroom, living room where there is satellite TV and sofa bed, kitchen! Wifi internet is present! Inside the kitchen there is everything you need to cook, including spices, coffee, oil, salt, etc. There is also a washing machine and hairdryer. Each guest will be given a set of towels! The house is ideal for couples, however the living room is equipped with a sofa bed and therefore if you want you can also stay in 4! Baby services (crib, intercom, high chair, etc.) are available upon request, so at the time of booking you should let me know! Guest access The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, guests will access the apartment for their exclusive use. Other things to note The Municipality of Ancona applies a tourist tax of 0.50 Euro per guest per night for those who come to the city and stay in facilities such as mine. Payment must be made at check-in and must be paid in cash. The individuals exempt from the tax are as follows: - minors under the age of fourteen; - patients who must carry out treatment at the health facilities located in the municipal territory and a possible companion; - the subjects who assist the patients and hospitalized at health facilities in the territory for 2 companions per patient; - parents, or accompanying delegates, who assist children under 18 hospitalized in health facilities in the territory, for a maximum of 2 people per patient; - people with disabilities who are not self-sufficient, with suitable medical certification, and their companions; - Members of the Armed Police, the State and Local Police and the fire department who stay overnight for service needs.
