Quiet street with reserve across the road. The space 5 minutes walk around corner to beach! Spacious flat with separate queen bedroom inc large wardrobe. Comfy lounge area has 2 large sofas with dining area & kitchenette. Two outside areas to have breakfast in morning sun or afternoon drinkies at sunset. Guest access Downstairs flat is a separate flat to upstairs 2brm house and has two separate entrances so you are independent although parking is shared. Other things to note Kitchenette has fridge, microwave, jug & toaster with cutlery and crockery, teapot and plunger. There is no oven or sink but there is a basin in bathroom. Its easier to leave dishwashing for dishwasher upstairs.
