Guest access Welcome to your secluded retreat! Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance with a circle drive and ample designated parking for your boats, trailers, toys and extra vehicles. Access is a breeze with keycode entry. This unique property backs directly onto Corps Land and Public Hunting, offering unparalleled access to nature. My property boasts extensive timber, as seen in the aerial photos, creating a private, wooded escape. Due to the natural surroundings & wildlife (woods and lake) this property is adults-only and not suitable for children. You can reach me anytime by message, call, or text. Please know that this is a classic home with some ongoing updates and little projects I'm working on to make it even better. I live in the full walkout basement with my 14-year-old service dog and will be responsible for keeping the breakfast bar stocked and the Airbnb tidy as needed. The owner of King Whitetails has use of my conex box that's out in the field. You may see him occasionally grabbing his tractor or deer stands, etc. When he's in town, he has a private room on the main floor. You're welcome to ask in advance if he will be on-site during your stay. Other things to note This beautiful property is the historic family home of Governor Bill Avery. I'm lovingly updating it as time and resources allow. For those interested in a guided hunting trip, I recommend checking out King Whitetails. I've made this an affordable option for hunting and fishing groups, lake-goers, campers, and travelers seeking a comfortable stop on their journey. Please note steep cliff drop-off, 2 story deck, and staircase, this property is not suitable for children. Additionally, wildlife (coyotes, skunks, bobcats, etc.) are present on the property.
