HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING (both are included in the price of your stay) are present as well. COZY AND EXCLUSIVE garden equipped with shade, table, 2 loungers, 2 lawn chairs and 1 rocking chair is always available. !!!! Taking high-speed trains from Bologna main railway station (reachable VERY EASILY from the apartment) the journey: to MILAN lasts 1 hour; to VENICE, lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes; to FLORENCE, lasts 37 minutes; to ROME, lasts 2 hours and 20 minutes. to TURIN, lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes. to NAPLES, lasts 3 hours and 50 minutes. to SALERNO, lasts 4 hours and 45 minutes. It is VERY CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT, to the MAIN RAILWAY STATION (where run also HIGH SPEED TRAINS) and BELTWAY - MOTORWAYS (A1, A13, A14) as well. Guest access Check-in is available from 4:00 PM onwards, including late at night, and is always free of charge. Check-out is available until 12:00 PM, with flexible times subject to availability and prior communication. Reserved parking is available without reservation for a one-time fee of €19 per stay .
