Beach villa with tropical decor.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. You have access to the beach and 3 private pools not available to resort hotel guests. It is an 8 minute walk to the ocean on lovely paths through garden landscaping past fresh-water lakes. No need to bring beach items! We have a Beach Closet stocked with chairs, boogie boards, bag of sand toys and cooler. We also provide resort quality beach towels. There are books, puzzles and games on the closet shelves in Bedroom 2. The space Our beautiful villa with tropical decor has large windows, vaulted ceilings and a balcony that overlooks an expansive tree shaded lawn. it is a second floor corner unit with private staircase. Two guest suites - bedrooms with attached baths, are located at opposite ends of our condo allowing for maximum privacy. There is a computer desk with 2 USB ports and a computer desk chair in Bedroom 1. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa bed. Our dining table comfortably seats 6 people. We also have a game and puzzle shelf and infant/children's items which include a Pack 'n play, high chair and booster seat. Our condo is located in Kingston Plantation, a premier ocean front resort that sits on 1/2 mile of gorgeous ocean beach. There is a boardwalk that spans the length of the resort. Deep sea fishing can be done off Apache Pier, which is next to the resort and is the longest wooden pier on the east coast. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself. Other things to note Our condo is not handicapped accessible.
