The space Facing south , watch sunrise and sunset from your bedroom, the beach, the deck or the dock ! Other things to note weekly rental only from June 7th to the end of Sept, Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 8 am, 10 % off the second consecutive week. Accepting only reservations ( 2 weeks of length for Jun. to Sept.) up to January 31st. Weekly rentals will be accepted before January 31st, but you can reach out to hold your spot. Minimum age 24 except with an adult at all times. More than 12 guests? Please ask your host if they can accommodate you before the reservation. Want to bring your own boat or PWC? please check with the owner ahead of time to ensure that it can be accommodated and is pre-approved. Sheets and towels are not provided. Please ask your host for options if this is needed. Pillows, blankets, Shampoo, and soap are provided. Our family is highly allergic to cats and dogs. We understand that you might want to bring your pet with you, but we ask that you do not bring your pet or look for another property to rent if this is important to you.
