Beautiful bright living room / 1st floor apartment of 100 m2, with a lovely sunny balcony. The apartment is located in the charming beach town of Hellerup, where you will find many unique shops and cozy cafes. The apartment is close to Bernstorffsvej S-tog station - about 15 minutes to Copenhagen city center. In addition, connection north to, among other places, Louisiana and Helsingør. The apartment is an older, private residence where I live on a daily basis with my two teenage boys, so don't expect 'hotel cleaning' - but rather a charming private home. The space The apartment has a large kitchen area with everything you need for cooking and a dining area for 6 - 10 people. Access directly to the sunny balcony. There are also two bedrooms, both with double beds 1.60 - so not the biggest beds. 😉 In addition, there is a single bed in the living room, separated by a wall. This serves as my workplace, but can of course be used as an extra sleeping space. Also an older bathroom with bathtub and hand shower in the tub. Guest access Full access to the apartment as indicated in the description. - An extra room is closed off. In addition, there is access to a lovely common garden with lawn, barbecue and a small playground. Parking is available on the street - right outside the apartment.
