Main entrance to the house is shared, but the apartment is on the 2nd floor, without elevator access. 10-minute walk to the train station. 5-minute drive from the A16 highway "Loveresse" exit. Very well centered, 20 minutes' drive from Biel, Les Près d'Orvin, Delémont, Crémines and Saint-Imier (Chasseral), you will have the opportunity to visit the entire Bernese Jura. The space This apartment includes: - a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), a wardrobe and the possibility of adding a travel crib. - one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200). - a living room with sofa, coffee table and a small balcony. - a kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishes and a small table for 4 people. - a bathroom with sink, mirror, hair dryer and bathtub. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available for common use on the ground floor. Guest access The apartment will be fully available to you during your stay. The laundry room is shared. A parking space will be available to you. Other things to note Cleaning fee includes: - Changing and cleaning of bedding and bath linens provided. - Cleaning of the bathroom and bedrooms. - Purchase of cleaning products. - The price of the garbage bag (for a fee in Switzerland!) On checkout, - please leave the kitchen clean and tidy. - clean and put away used dishes. - take back your food scraps. - strip the used beds. - put used bath linens in the bathtub.
