During your stay I am fluent in three languages (Vietnamese, Japanese, English). I was born in Vietnam, and raised in oversea, lived and worked in Japan for 25 years, and travelled extensively around the world. That made me quite knowledgeable about the culture and customs of many countries, and very adaptable to different tastes and preferences. I enjoy helping guests as much as possible, and I aim to provide the highest standards of service so that they can really enjoy their stay. After being trained in hospitality at Sheraton & Hilton Hotels during my student years, then honing my skills at Mikazuki, Japan’s most famous hotels & resorts group, I now use these valued experiences to better serve the guests of my own properties.
