Our underlying principles are organic production and a wholesome approach to farming. The gastronomic experience we offer focuses particularly on meat and meat products from animals bred at the farm: cattle, sheep, goats, donkeys and horses. The menu is supplemented with produce of other local food growers. Breakfast and dinner prepared from local ingredients is available by prior arrangement.
