Accessed through a private garage entrance with a keypad, the downstairs flat offers two comfortable suites. We reside upstairs with our own separate entrance. The private 12'x12' room, complete with a closet, provides a cozy sanctuary after a day exploring the city. The easy self check-in process, using a lockbox and digital room locks, offers maximum flexibility for your arrival time. A Note on Quietude: Our family lives directly above, and as is common in older San Francisco homes with thinner walls, there might be a modest amount of ambient noise. If your stay requires a perfectly silent environment at all times, other options are suggested. Conveniences & Considerations: Disposable utensils are located just outside the room. While full cooking isn't permitted, you're welcome to lightly reheat food in the microwave (please avoid pungent items). Washer/dryer use is available for $5 per load, and there is a 3-night minimum stay. We are friendly and laid-back, and love sharing our space with guests who appreciate a less formal, more authentic experience. This is a home, not a hotel, and it has some personal touches that make it unique. We aim to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable We do not have a kitchen, only a microwave, fridge, and Kcup coffee maker available for use. Disposable utensils are in a white drawer outside your room. No cooking or reheating of odorous foods (fish, garlic). Please be mindful and considerate of guests in the neighboring suite. There is plenty of free, non-permit street parking available, just be aware of street cleaning. No animals. No children. No smoking anywhere on the property. Maximum 2 guests/room.
