The living room provides a nice conversation area w 2 large couches. When weather permits, the large covered deck is a favorite gathering place! Next to the deck is a brick patio w a large picnic table & Propane grill. A Hottub is available to rent (25 cash) upon request on the covered deck. It is in working condition! Full access to the yard and home. Neighborhood streets are not busy so walks are welcome along the roadside. While booking as a guest, limited visitors may come by upon agreement. We request that after 10pm, there not be extra activity for respect of the neighborhood. If visitors stay over, there will be the extra $15 fee per person that is noted at Time of booking. If this is not reported, an additional fine of $100 will be added to the agreement per day. Tracey looks forward to greeting her guests briefly and respects your privacy. Even the front porch sitting area provides the calm feeling of being "away from it all"... enjoy!!!! Easy access to I-135, I-235, and K-96. Uber is a way to travel if you don't have your own vehicle. TV has Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus and secured fast WIFI. The hottub has a $25 one time fee if you’d like to use it. A waiver will need to be signed also before usage. The neighborhood is located next to an open field and tree lined streets and many birds to enjoy. Very Private location. Please DO NOT FEED or Pet the horses neighboring the property but enjoy their presence! Reminder that NO SMOKING is allowing inside the home, Including vaping. PETS of any kind are NOT allowed. A $250 penalty fee will be added onto the bill for each offense! This home is maintained to be a chemical / allergy free home as much as possible for All guests to enjoy during their stay! Returning Guests are booking w health issues since my home is safer for them to stay in. That’s why it is so important to respect the rules of No Shoes in the house. Bring slip on shoes to make this easier for yourself when staying!! A large variety /sizes of house shoe are avail to use if you forget to pack yours. If you bring your own pillows in, cases are provided to cover your pillows so chances of animal dander coming into the home is greatly decreased.
