City centre apartment private room at the Marina.

Recently renovated to a high specification, it is modern and very chic. All mod cons.The bedroom is average size with a double bed with memory foam mattress. There is a wardrobe with hangers, mirror and drawers. There is also a flat screen Smart TV with free view etc Gay Friendly.i live here full time so you will be sharing the apartment with me. The space My home is welcoming and warm and I know you will love your stay with me :-) There is free parking if needed. Guest access You can relax in the Living room and also use the kitchen. Help yourself to tea, coffee etc. There is outdoor space accessed from patio doors that back onto the dockside Marina. Please access this at your own risk. The step down is larger than usual so please take care when going outside. Going outside this way is at the persons own risk. There is another communal door that can be used to access the outside space. This space is only for residents so you can enjoy the peace and quiet whilst you drink your coffee or enjoy the peaceful setting looking out over the dock. During your stay I am extremely easy going and very laid back. I am always up for a chat and I will be on hand/phone to help with anything from restaurant recommendations to which bars and clubs to go to. I live in the apartment full time so I’m always about at some point during your stay. I also have extensive knowledge of the area and surrounding so whatever your thing is I can recommend tourist places, off the beaten track places, just about anything.
