New India Homestay near Ganga Ram Hospital

We offer a 2 room home in central Delhi.Its a independent home where you will be given the house keys . Our home is on ground floor . We are situated on main Shankar road market,New Rajinder Nagar. Fully Functional Kitchen with utensils and water purifier,washing machine .Ganga Ram Hospital &BL Kapoor hospital is just 5-7 minutes away.we give for longer stays also. Few minutes walk from Rajindra Place metro station.The local market is just one minute walking..City center CP is ten minutes away. The space We offer independent home for travellers coming to delhi for some work or Tourism . It’s a self serviced independent apartment , where guest will get a entire home for there stay period . The apartment is on Ground floor .We have Two rooms, a sitting area cum dinning room.Its not very large, but cosy, comfortably home . It is extremely private , fitted with all the mod-cons: heater/Aircon, TV & cable,refrigerator, electric kettle with tea and coffee tray, and wash rooms with geyser. It also has a fully functional Kitchen fitted with a gas stove, wash basin and cooking dishes in case you feel like cooking! We are also particular about what drinking water we drink as well as serve to our guests and only serve R.O.-processed water (i.e. water processed by reverse osmosis that is extremely safe for drinking). We are conveniently close to City center the is the Famous connaught place which is approx 2 Kms away from our place. There are lots of eating joints just accross the road , bars, pharmacies, phone shops . The nearest metro station is Rajindra Place Metro Station which is just a 7-min walk away. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire place . No one will share the apartment. Other things to note This property is part of a residential condominium complex , which has certain rules pertaining to loud music/cordial neighborhood relations, which our guests would be expected to maintain. No Caretaker stays at the Property . Please note- This is a self serviced home, and not a hotel. Please do not expect hotel kind of services at the property . We focus on cleanliness, good quality well maintained linen, and homely comfort for our guests. . An Early Check-in (before 11:00 Am on the 1st day of your booking) depends on whether there are guests staying the previous day. If we do not have guests staying the previous day, then you are most welcome to check in early also. If you require a late checkout (after 11 am), please inform us so that we can make arrangements . If the room is free the following day (i.e. we have no other bookings), we shall certainly accommodate you. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the property. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Adhar Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
