Our apartment is in the Alfama neighborhood, absolutely perfect for all the travelers looking to enjoy the deep heart of our charming Lisbon. The building is located near the National Pantheon and the São Miguel Church. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, Fado Houses and supermarkets nearby. Be aware that part of Alfama beauty are the ups and downs that lead you to the castle, the old alleys and the picturesque spots that overcame the 1755 terrible Lisbon earthquake. The space The prices are fixed. We are not interested on bargaining. If you still want to stay with us, it will be a pleasure. We are respecting the cleaning guidelines provided by the Airbnb. Our apartment it’s cleaned with professional products that guarantee a proper disinfection. Just an IMPORTANT note for our guests. We are not responsible for the flight delays. After 8 pm we apply a late check in fee. We all have families and friends besides our amazing jobs and we need to change plans in order to arrange your check in with all the time and dedication as possible. Hope you understand and have in mind that in your reservation plans. JUNE: Alfama is wonderful at this time of the year, we have Santo António Festivities. The flat is in the middle of Alfama where all happens. There will be music, sardines and you can experience Lisbon at is fullest. But beware, if you’re looking for some quiet holidays this flat could not be the most suitable for you. As others say, some love it, others hate it :) The Alfama Stay Inn is ideal for couples and for whom who likes to travel alone. The building was totally restored in 2006 and it has only two floors. The apartment is charming and cozy and it's on the first floor. It's a small cozy apartment, with total privacy, with one bedroom (with Wi-Fi), a Kitchenette equipped with stove, refrigerator, washing machine (more info above), microwave, nespresso machine and a bathroom with a shower. It's location its perfect for discovering the city on foot, by bus, tram (the 28th), subway or taxi. It’s near public transportation as well. Guest access -At Alfama Stay Inn bedding set and a set of towels is always provided for the requisite number of guests. - Have in mind that the washing machine is only usable for reservations of 5 nights or more. - Flexible paid check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. - Late Check-In Fee: 25€ after 20h00 until 23h00 and 40€ from 23h00 until 3h00. - Late Check-Out Fee: A late check-out between 10h00 and 17h00 is possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee. - Early Check-In Fee: An early check-in between 09h00 and 14h00 is possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee. For early check in before 09h00 we charge 40€. All payments must be processed through the Airbnb platform. Other things to note -The check-in time starts at 15h00 until 20h00 (extra fee after 20h00 upon request before booking and only if we have availability for that which it not guaranteed) and the check-out must be made until 10h00. -Have in mind that the washing machine is only usable for reservations of 5 nights or more. -We only do the check in to the one doing the reservation. -The apartment can only be used by the ones doing the reservation, therefore any kind of meeting in the flat is not allowed.
