Serenity Kiribathgoda (Serenity at its best)

Architect designed 2 storied deluxe house (veranda, large living dining, 2 bedrooms (both AC) and 2 bath rooms one being an ensuite, study/ library area, TV area, modern kitchen and with parking which is a home away from home when you are on travel) situated in a tanquil area walking distance (1.5km) to Kiribathgoda town, close proximity to Biyagama free zone (5km), entrance to Southern Expressway expressway (3km), Airport Expressway (3km), Odel (1.5km), Keells (1km), Kandy Colombo road (1.5km). The space * There are two comfortable bedrooms for our guests. The larger one is being upstairs with a Queen bed and spacious ensuite, laundry area and opening to a spacious balcony. It is airy with high ceilings, guests can enjoy a view of the village atmosphere and some vegetation. Both rooms have AC. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed with TV and has a view to the garden. Access to bathroom is just across the room. Upstairs has a large lounge and TV area as well as a study and library. The library is stacked with well versed reading materials (from travel magazines, lifestyle magazines, religion, cooking, biographies to self help books). Its an oasis to a well deserved reader. The study/ library also has a small balcony with views of vegetation. There is a large living and dining area downstairs with views to the front garden. Guests can be seated in the front garden and enjoy the greenery and chirping of birds whilst enjoying reading a book over a cup a coffee or Sri Lankan tea. The kitchen is very modern with a double door refrigerator, built in oven, microwave, gas stove, double sink and opens to the back garden. There are utensils and cutlery and cockery provided so that guests can prepare there own meals. Whats' more there is an open air shower in the back garden if guests want to experience a true Sri Lankan style bath in open air. * Strictly for foreigners and Sri Lankan expatriates however Drivers and Tour Guides are not allowed. * Kitchen facility use - 7$ per day * Washing machine - 3$ per wash Guest access Guests can access the whole house except for the bedroom which is occupied by the owner and is not part of the 2 bedrooms available for guests.
